Reinterpreting selected passages from Being and Time, this publication design employs a three-part structural framework that mirrors the philosophical arc of the text. The first chapter utilizes dark space and concentrated forms to visualize the gravity of death, while the second chapter introduces openness and warmth to signify the vitality of life. In the final chapter, the boundaries between these states dissolve into a unified field in which they coexist without hierarchy. To anchor the theoretical inquiry in a unique visual language, all illustrations and graphic assets were created by the designer. By integrating these original works with contrasting atmospheres, the design provides a visual parallel to Heidegger's view that Being is shaped equally by both forces. The result is a rhythmic and atmospheric exploration that transforms abstract existential theory into a visceral spatial experience through bold typographic cadence and tonal depth.
